I am an Electronics Engineer who moved from Brazil to Canada to pursue a Ph.D. degree. I had to leave all my stuff in Brazil, and now I am slowly building my new "lab in a desk."

I am planning to start posting educational videos about electronics, instrumentation, and robotics on YouTube.

My most recent project is a Surface Electromyography Sensor that I designed when I was back in Brazil with access to oscilloscopes. However, the only oscilloscope that I have now is the mini xproto mega board, which is now broken.

With the prize, I will be able to afford good video equipment to start making good content online and spread electronics ideas in Brazil. My plans are to keep working on the surface electromyography sensor to apply in robotics applications. I plan to rebuild a prosthetic prototype that I donated in Brazil for a research group lab. I also plan to start a series of videos trying to create a discrete element version of the famous 555 circuit. It will be so cool! And I am pretty sure I will need an oscilloscope to debug the circuit.

You can see the prototype of the prosthetic hand in https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCb7bweItpFReGdWwI6xJlDQ
but it has been a while since I posted anything because I didn't have the means to do that. Now it is time to return to the activities!
